Yoga for me started out as a hobby and just another exercise, but slowly became a passion and a necessity in my life. Both in my practice and in my teaching, finding that connection and the rhythm between you and your practice is my goal. To create a synchronization of music and movement whether it’s in Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative flow to get to that moving meditation. Yoga is not only beneficial for the body, but restorative for the mind as well. I feel like each and everyone of us everyday has highs and lows, and it’s important for us to take time out of our day to not only physically, but to emotionally nurture ourselves.
