Nicole started loosely practicing yoga as an alternate form of exercise at the beginning of 2015. At the same time, she began to frequently take Barre classes and instantly became hooked. What started out as a physical practice, quickly transitioned to something deeper. By the end of 2015, she began teaching Barre and practicing yoga on a regular basis. She decided to deepen her practice and graduated from Ebb & Flow’s first 200hr-teacher training in 2016.
In barre classes, her emphasis is on working hard and loving on our bodies. Her hope is to empower others to reach their fullest potential and explore from within. Yoga has brought so many positive aspects into her life, broadening her way of thinking, that she wants to share it with everyone. Whether the intention of your visit is physical, mental, or spiritual, her goal is to have you leave class with at least one (if not more) of those desires met. Coming to your mat, carving out time to connect in any of those ways is what her practice and classes are all about.
Nicole loves all things health and wellness and is also a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. When she’s not teaching or taking a class, she enjoys cooking with family, drinking wine with friends, and exploring new places. The experience of yoga has brought so much awareness and light into her life, and she can’t wait to see you on the mat.
