Sari, RYT-500 offers yoga classes, workshops and training’s that build physical strength, mental clarity and overall vibrancy. She combines breath work (pranayama), meditation and movement (asana) to assist students in feeling more present and alive in their body. Her yoga offerings provide students a space to release tension and tap into their deep well of love and awareness. Sari has been practicing yoga since 2001 and has explored a wide range of styles during that time. Her continued practice led her to study Sri Yoga with Brenna Geehan and Jean Mazzei. She currently studies and is inspired by the teachings of Rod Stryker and Parayoga. Sari believes that yoga benefits all ages and abilities and that a commitment to the practice increases awareness, growth, joy and love.
