Power Flow
Strong
Power Flow is a dynamic Power Vinyasa class with an emphasis on strength and intensity. Benefits include building internal heat, increasing stamina, strength, and flexibility, and reducing stress. Each teacher creates a unique sequence while guiding students to synchronize breath with movement. Expect to sweat, quiet the mind, and move fluidly from pose to pose. All levels are welcome. The studio is heated to 79–85°. Class length is 60 or 75 minutes.
Slow Flow Yoga
Moderate
Slow Flow is a Vinyasa-based class that connects mind, movement, breath, and elements of yoga philosophy. Less intense than Power Yoga, it features a blend of dynamic, meditative sequences and longer-held poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class supports practitioners of all levels, offering space to release stress, explore each pose, and modify as needed.
Sunrise Flow
Gentle
Begin your day by boosting flexibility, strength, mental clarity, and overall energy. Sunrise Flow 60 is designed to gently awaken and open the body while deepening your connection to breath. This vinyasa-style class will leave you feeling refreshed, re-energized, and ready for the day ahead. The studio is heated to 75–85°.
Restorative Yoga
Gentle
A slow, calming practice designed to help you relax and recharge. Restorative Yoga gently warms the body and focuses on deeply supported poses that encourage you to release long-held tension—both physical and mental. This is primarily a floor-based practice with little to no strenuous movement. A variety of props are used to fully support the body in each pose. The studio is not heated.
Gentle Flow
Gentle
Designed for beginners through intermediate students, Gentle Flow guides you through simple, accessible postures coordinated with breath. The practice focuses on gently opening, engaging, and stretching the body. Props are encouraged to support comfort and accessibility in every pose. This is an excellent choice for those new to yoga, seeking a slower pace, or looking for a more gentle experience. The studio is not heated.
BarreLates
Moderate
BarreLates blends the best of Barre and Pilates, with a focus on Pilates-based movement and alignment. Using primarily body weight along with low-impact props such as the ballet barre, resistance bands, light hand weights, and gliding discs, this class delivers a dynamic, music-driven workout. Class length is 45 minutes. The room is not heated
Mat Pilates
Strong
Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise focused on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment. Performed on a mat, it utilizes body weight, resistance bands, and small props to challenge & engage various muscle groups. Guiding you with controlled movements, breath awareness, and mindfulness, promoting a strong mind-body connection. Suitable for all fitness levels.
