In 2014, I took my first barre class. I was hooked. I quickly became a certified instructor. I love how Barre incorporates the principles of movement from Pilates, ballet, and yoga (with a cardio challenge). I love the energy in a Barre class and the camaraderie between students!
I am a certified Body Arts and Science Institute (BASI) Pilates instructor, and Balanced Body Barre certified instructor.
I have been a student of the Pilates work since 2007 when I decided to leave my corporate sales job and become an instructor. I was drawn to Pilates for its focus on proper alignment, proper muscle recruitment, balance, strength, and flexibility training. I love how one Pilates session can make you feel balanced, stretched, and stronger.
As an instructor, I hope to inspire my students to feel strong and confident about themselves while having fun in class and changing their bodies!
